I think it is a very true east european "rrrr". I cannot be bothered about it, i hardly hear that is something different from other UK . Only sometimes he get over it without pronouncing like in Back for good with Robbie.

Yep, same here. I guess it's a difficult thing to notice if you're not a native speaker.
